 I woke up early to run errands.

I sent my proof of lineage to Kingston, Ontario, Canada

in an attempt to prove we are direct descendants of Loyalists, Jeremiah Lapp and his father in law, Samuel Smith.

I found out today my wife is pregnant!!! Around 2pm, she took a test because she had her reasons to believe this was the case. Missy got pregnant for the first time in January of 2004.

We lost that child in 4 months. Obviously, the fear of this happening again is there. My math has always been good, we have been together for almost 15 years, since October of 1992. At this point, I can't help but wonder of issues.

I am to be the last of the 9 brothers to have had a child, this would mark the first blood since the deaths of our mother and brother we endured last year.

 To know dad is still around for this helps a lot. At this point I have many worries and haven't really announced the pregnancy with the exception of my dad. Missy did share the news with her mom, and her sister Mary.

Samantha called (April 12th) because of a previous conversation she had with Missy, may have knew the chances of this were high.
