I worked until about 10:30pm.

Shortly after, Todd came over with Chris, Jordan, and AJ.

We hung out for a while and then played some Texas Hold 'em. I won the first round of play and Missy won the 2nd. I guess all them games on fatcatpoker.com paid off.

 Devin had to work in the morning and the rest of us had the day off though the morning was to come quick; we said our good-byes around 2:30am.

Todd is working Pest Control for "Hometeam", Devin has almost been at his job at Premier Adult Factory Outlet for a month, Missy is still at Denny's part time, I am still at Papa John's, and Chris is at Publix in Clermont area, all having Sundays off but Devin.

 Todd and I have been trying to figure out our home business since the day I started working practically, even having our own business with Scott called "Take-out Taxi".

For as ambitious as we can be, and as smart as we'd like to think we are, it is a shame to not have been succeeding thus far.

These things I think about everyday. Barry is struggling some with the real estate market at a low as far as seller market is concerned. Though he has always been good at figuring these things out.

Missy has been feeling the baby kick for the last couple days, I am still waiting for my time to feel him kicking.

Leigh has had Jacob and Timmy for a good part of a week, we had them before and also on the 28th and 29th. Christian was arrested on the 28th, Leigh is struggling with this. Poor girl has had a rough year to say the least.

July 1st, 2007-  I took Devin to work at 8:30am and then drove off to play tennis.

I met Dad there and shortly after, Todd and Chris. Chris and I stood partners for the 1st time, and I couldn't have picked a better one.

We played 3 sets and won 6-4, 6-4, 4-6. It was close to 95 degrees outside and it was taking it's toll on all of us. Dad stopped at the end of the 3rd set, I glad because he knew when to say when. 78 years old in blazing heat for hours of playing tennis, who else can do that.

We went to Dad's afterwards to cool off and talk a while. Nobody had really slept well the night before, dad having 2-3 hours of sleep as well as the rest of us who were together at 2am playing cards.

 Todd and Chris left for home at about 1pm; I went to Samantha's house who had called early asking if I would stop by. I hung out with her, Charlie and Catalina until about 3:30pm and I drove home to wash up.

Missy, who was at her mom's house, picked up Devin at 5:30pm from work and brought him home.

She picked me up to go to her parent's for dinner. Carmen made me Cream Puffs Dessert, this is something my mother specialized in and made for me a lot when I was younger.

They were good and reminded me a lot of mom's dessert. I ended up passing out on their couch until 9pm and Missy and I went home from there to relax the rest of the night away.  

 July 7th, 2007-  I got a camera to make sure I was able to take many pictures of Missy and the baby . Ironically, our camera that was broken was sent back the very same day. For a date like 07/07/07; it was quite calm. I worked until 11pm; Missy until about the same time.

Devin had brought a friend over from Thailand.

July 8th, 2007-  I woke at 8:20am to take Devin to work. From there, I started my normal Sunday routine and headed to Barry's neighborhood to play tennis. When I got there, Dad, Todd and Chris were already there. I hopped on Chris's team; we lost 2-6, 4-6.

 Then dad and I teamed and won 4-1 until a meltdown ensued with Todd and Chris. This ended tennis for the day, and we got to Barry and Dad's house at 11am.

 We hung out there for a while; dad and I watched Federer win another tournament in tennis on T.V. Todd went home to get ready for Joslyn's birthday celebration. At about 12:30pm, dad and I picked up Todd and Jordan and went to Nat's house.

The people that showed up for Joslyn and Joey's party were; Samantha, Charlie, Dad, Jordan, Todd, Dale, Leigh, Bianca, Allyvia, Timmy, Jacob, Barry, Logan, Tara, Kristin, Joey, and Joslyn were there.

Nat came towards the end of the evening. Obviously I was there though Missy couldn't make it there. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging with each other.

The rest of us visited in and out of the house, some of which took boat rides. I spent good time with Dad and everyone else, Joslyn seemed to enjoy her birthday, the cake was phenomenal; fruit pizza.

 I left with Charlie and headed towards Samantha's house where we met up with Leigh, Dale, Samantha and Missy came around 9pm. Most of the children came with us; Jacob, Timmy, Logan, Tara, Bainca, and Allyvia.

We stayed until 10:30pm and Missy and I stopped at Dad's because I left most of my belongings in his car and forgot to get them out when he left. We stopped in and gave some hugs to Dad and Missy said her hi's and goodbyes to Barry as well.

 We then went to see a movie; TRANSFORMERS at an 11:10pm showing at the West Oaks Mall. We pulled in a little late and walked in at 11:23pm and went right in to see the movie.

It was an excellent end to the evening, the movie was great, we both liked it a lot. Missy said the baby was kicking all through it, especially during the loud parts. We got home around 2:15am; and passed out shortly after we arrived home.

July 9th, 2007-  Joey's birthday (we celebrated on the 8th). My friend Jeff Watson, who I make reference to on (May 8th, 2007) and his wife Nicole added another member to their family today.

 At 6:42am Maddison Watson, a baby girl is born! This child will be 4-5 months older than our Capen Scott. I hope the future will bring these two together at some point in time; considering Jeff and I are life long friends which started back in 1985.

This is his third, my 1st. Ironically, Capen's due date is November 28th, which is Jeff and Nicole's Anniversary.
