Samantha's house for her birthday.

Leigh, Dale, and Charlie were there as well.

On this same day, there was a party at Nat's home for Kristin. Much of the family was their, Barry, Joey, etc.

At Samantha's we all gathered in a closet, as strange as it sounds, it was a crazy little get together, though this family had never been known for normalcy. Capen was quite and asleep most of the time. Samantha turns 19 officially on the 11th.

February 10th, 2008-  The next morning I drove back to that side of town at 8am to play tennis with Dad and Todd. We played until 12-1pm. I stopped at Todd's house to go over a website we are attempting to create.

I got home to Missy and Capen at about 3pm. Capen is always smiling, a happy baby. I spend as much time with him as possible, not only to assist Missy so she can stay healthy, but I just adore my boy. 

February 17th, 2008-  Another day of tennis. Charlie, Jacob, Timmy, Devin, Barry and Lynn were all there today. We had Barry and Lynn's number today, dad played exceptional. It was about the 2nd time Charlie played and didn't do too bad.

February 18th, 2008-  I took Capen to see Dad at his and Barry's place. Capen was smiley for grandpa, it was a guys day out. He has got the big blue eyes like his grandpa now, they still have time to change color. After I left there I went to Samantha's house and we hung out with Capen until about 4pm. 

February 20th, 2008-  Stomach poisoning....Missy and I got from Samantha. It is a 36 hour stomach flu that had me puking my brains out. We had to send Capen to his grandma Carmen to ensure he did not get this, and it was his 3 month birthday.

 This was hard for me to do but I didn't want to see him get this. Todd came over the next day to help along with Allison.

February 24th, 2008-  Tennis again. Todd got there late, over slept, but Dad, myself, Barry, Lynn, and Ron were there. Barry and Lynn were on fire and had everyone on this day.

Around today is when Preston Sr. went to the hospital with issues.....they had to put a pacemaker in (on the 26th), he has been detected with an enlarged heart amongst, other problems. His heart is beating too slow, while his wife Carmen's heart is beating too fast.

February 26th, 2008-  Mary Pat flies in from Milwaukee to live here. She will be staying with Samantha. They stopped in at night and we hung out for a couple hours. This is new to them both, I hope everything works out.

  March 9th, 2008-  Capen and I left to see my dad. Together, we went to the ranch where Missy, Capen and I will be moving into. Samantha, Charlie and Mary Pat will be moving in there as well.

We walked around, I had Capen in the papoose. After a couple hours I drove to Todd's house and saw Misty, Devin and Jo (with his girlfriend). Capen and I hung out there for a couple hours and drove back to Carmen's where Missy was. Busy day for Capen and his daddy. 

March 12th, 2008-  Allison moves out. She got help from her brother, just took her a couple hours. She is moving back in with her mom.

March 13th, 2008-  Mary Pat and Samantha stopped by in the afternoon. We are packing and getting ready for our move.

March 14th, 2008-  About 12AM Capen was wide awake, For the last few days he has been trying to roll over from his back to his stomach.

Well this time he made it! He had himself tilted nearly on his side and grabbed Missy's fingers for a little leverage. He did this twice!

It is Todd's birthday, Happy Birthday Brother!

Curtis came from Michigan and stopped in right off the airport. This was the first time he had seen Capen and was happy to hold him. Capen was smiling at him the whole time.

Capen is an extremely happy child.  Ericka and her boyfriend came to FL a couple days ago. She won a trip here from work. Ericka followed Samantha here and they visited for a few hours. We sat around in a circle and talked.

March 16th, 2008-  We started off by playing tennis. Dad, Todd, Barry, Ron and I. Dad played exceptionally well though fell on his hip. He continued to play another set though his hip will be quite sore from it.

I then dropped off Capen's crib at the ranch while the others prepared for our Irish meal for Dad's and Todd's birthday. Todd actually got the ball rolling so we could all get together. Missy, Capen, Kristen, Joey, Nat, Leigh, Dale, Anneka, Jessica, Kevin, Allyvia, Amber, Bianca, Barry, Mary Pat, Samantha, Charlie, Timmy, Jacob, Dominic, Preston Jr., Todd, Devin, Jordan, and Shannon (Jo's girlfriend) were all there at Barry's.

The corned-beef and cabbage meal went without a hitch. Missy and I were the last ones there, it was nice to see dad blowing out his 79 year old candles, Capen was there for his birthday.

March 17th, 2008-  St. Paddy's Day! Todd came over to help me move some big stuff to storage which we got when we brought the first load. He stayed for a few hours and we got a lot of stuff done. Missy got pizza for us when we got home.
