Joseph Jamieson took his family to Deleau, Manitoba

which is about 1200 miles from Huron County, Ontario so this was quite a trip.

They farmed the land in Dominion City, Manitoba

there in which we have family still living in that immediate area today.

Joseph Jamieson and his wife Sarah Grace both died in 1933;

Joseph on July 30th, 1933 and Sarah on September 14th, 1933,

just 45 days apart from each other.

They started in Waukesha, Wisconsin though Mary moved to North Dakota with her husband.

On August 19th, 1925 William married Ethel Viola Humphries

who was born in Waukesha, December 23rd, 1902.

Allen John Jamieson born June 12th, 1933, and

Loraine Ethel Jamieson born December 30th, 1934.

The happy start of this family soon went dark when William went into the hospital with pneumonia.

On what seemed to be his way to recovery,

he began having stomach pains and his heart gave out.

He died February 24th, 1936 at the age of 34.

Though in the John Jamieson history, William brought many descendants.

He managed his way through school and joined the Air Force straight out of school.
